What's the difference between "Regular Rent" and "Monthly
Rent"? |

Regular rent is two years contract.
Normaly, a guarantor, shikikin (deposit:2-3month rent equiv.) realtor's
fee are required when making regular rent contract .Room is not furnitured.
So called "Monthly Rent" is a single month contract.
Normally, guarantors, Shikikin, Key Money are not required.

Is "Monthly Rent" expensive? |

So called "Monthly Rent" is a furnished room for temporaly residents.
You do not need to purchase or rent TV, Refregerator, etc.
Rent is rather higher compare to regular rent.
But the resident can save time and money from moving and renting.

Do I need a guarantor for a contract? |

Basically, No.
But you need to have proper visa, alian registration card, etc.

How many people can live in the room? |

It all depends. Please check when checking in.

What kind of charge do I need to pay? |

Rent for a month.
Deposit (Aprox. Yen30,000-50,000: all depends)
Utility fee(Electric, water, gas)

Normaly, room cleaning charge would be deducted from deposit.
Extra damege to the room, big trash can be payable.
